A full-grain leather hide on the workshop bench, with the leather cutter.

We're a small workshop, not a factory.

We make leather patch hats by hand — for breweries, golf clubs, and small businesses that want their logo on something good, and for people who want to wear what matters. Same craft either way: stamped by hand, one at a time.

What we make

Leather patch hats. Heat-stamped by hand, one at a time. You pick what matters to you — your city, your state, your area code, your custom design. We make it.

We're Trev and Melissa, by the way — we stamp every patch, finish every hat, and answer every email ourselves.

Why full-grain leather

Full-grain leather gets better with age. It darkens. It softens. Your hat will too. In a year, it'll look different than it does today — better. That's the point of making something that lasts.

Heat-stamped, not laser-engraved

Most leather patch hats use lasers. We don't. A laser burns a thin design into the leather — it's quick, and anyone can do it. We use a brass stamp for each design and press it into the leather by hand. The result is a deep, detailed impression you can feel — pressed into the leather, not sitting on top of it. Years from now, it'll still be there.

A laser mark sits on the surface. A heat stamp presses deep into the leather and gets better with age.
