Yes. We keep your brass stamp on file, so a reorder is the same design on any hat style, hat color, or leather color you like. Choose "Reorder" in the customizer and give us your previous order number.

Free shipping at $60 and up — that's two hats. One hat ships for $6.95 flat. Custom orders ship for $10 flat up to 23 hats, $20 flat at 24 and up.

Anywhere in the US, including PO boxes and military addresses. All hats are delivered by USPS, with tracking. You never have to worry about extra fees on delivery.

Our designs ship in 3–5 business days, then usually take 3–5 days in transit. Most orders land inside a week and a half. Custom orders take 2–3 weeks from approval.

Email us as soon as you can. We can usually catch an order before it's stamped. Custom orders are harder to change once production starts — before you approve your mockup, there's room to adjust.

A structured trucker — mesh back, adjustable snap — with a full-grain leather patch on the front. Full-grain is the toughest, longest-lasting grade of leather there is: the same kind that's gone into rugged work boots for over 150 years.

One size fits most. The trucker has an adjustable snapback, so it fits just about any head, and a breathable mesh back that keeps it comfortable all day.

Most are laser-engraved. Ours aren't. We press a brass die into full-grain leather by hand, then press the patch onto the hat. A laser burns the surface; a heat stamp presses deep into the leather — depth you can see and feel, and it holds its definition as the hat ages.

Keep it simple. Spot-clean with a damp cloth if it needs it and let it air dry — don't soak it or put it in the wash. Full-grain leather is made to age: it'll darken and soften over time, and that's the point.

Yes, and that's the point. Full-grain leather darkens and softens as you wear it. Grain and color also vary a little from hat to hat — it's real leather, and no two patches are identical.

Yes. Every hat we make is covered for life — the patch, the stamp, and the hat. Custom included. If something fails under normal wear, we repair or replace it.

30 days from delivery, as long as it's unworn and in the condition it arrived in. Email us first and we'll set it up. Custom hats are different — see below.

Because custom hats are made just for you, they're final sale — which is exactly why we offer a free mockup first, so you can approve everything before we make it. If there's ever a defect, the lifetime warranty has you covered.
