Heat-stamped, not laser-engraved
Most custom leather patches are cut with a laser. It burns the design onto the surface — about a tenth of a millimeter deep — and leaves it flat.
We don't do that. We press a heated metal die into full-grain leather. The mark goes half a millimeter to a millimeter deep. You can feel it with your thumb. It catches light, and it darkens and softens as the leather ages.
A laser mark sits on the surface. A heat stamp presses deep into the leather and gets better with age.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes — 5 custom leather patch hats, any mix of styles and colors. No minimum per style.
How long does it take?
2–3 weeks from approval until it ships, then a few days with USPS. Need it faster? Ask before you order.
Can I see a proof before you make them?
Yes — ask for a free mockup and nothing gets made until you approve it; revisions are free. Or order as designed and we'll get straight to work. Mockups often go out the same business day, within 2 business days at most.
What file should I send for my logo?
PNG or JPG — a transparent-background PNG works best. Only got a vector file or a low-res logo? Send us what you've got and we'll prep it for leather and send a free mockup.
Why heat-stamped, not laser-engraved?
We press a heated metal die into full-grain leather — about half a millimeter to a millimeter deep, deep enough to feel with your thumb. Laser engraving burns the surface (about a tenth of a millimeter) and leaves the patch flat. Heat-stamped patches catch light, soften with use, and last.
What hat styles can I customize?
Trucker, dad hat, flat brim, 5-panel, and jockey — mix any styles and colors in one order. Most people start with the trucker.
