Which should I pick?
Wide or long logos sit best on the ovals and rectangles. Badge, crest, or emblem-style logos suit the circle, shield, or hexagons. Simple wordmarks work on almost any shape — and Circle is our most popular all-rounder.

Leather Color Guide
Every patch is cut from genuine full-grain leather tanned by S.B. Foot — one of America's oldest tanneries — then heat-stamped with your design. We offer four colors; how much your design "pops" depends on the one you pick (see each swatch below).
Leather patina
Because it's real leather, slight variation from piece to piece is natural — part of the charm. It also deepens into a richer patina over time, so your patch becomes more uniquely yours the more the hat is worn.

For best results
- Format: PNG or JPG (transparent-background PNG works best)
- Size: at least 1250×1250 px (about 5×5″)
- Resolution: 250 DPI or higher
- Color: black & white / single color — the stamp is one tone

Pressed in, not printed on
We heat-stamp your design into full-grain leather with brass dies — a real impression you can feel with your thumb, not ink on the surface or a shallow laser scan. It won't crack, peel, or fade like a printed logo. It wears in with the hat, not off it.
Made after you approve it
Nothing's pre-printed or sitting in a warehouse. Every hat is cut, stamped, and pressed by hand after you sign off on the design — in small batches, so a run of five gets the same care as a run of five hundred.

Common questions
What file works best for my logo?
PNG or JPG — a transparent-background PNG works best. Only got a vector file or a low-res logo? Send us what you've got and we'll prep it for leather and send a free mockup.
How long does it take?
2–3 weeks from the day you approve your mockup. Need it sooner? Ask before you order.
Is there a minimum order?
5 hats — any mix of styles and colors. Your price tier is the total hats in the order.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee, ever. The price you see is the price you pay.
Prefer we design it for you?
Send us your logo and we'll make a free mockup. Nothing goes into production until you approve it, and revisions are free.
